Apple vs HTC (Android)?

Apparently, Apple is holding no punches. They are going after HTC(Android) pretty hard. I wonder how badly this will affect Android, but I know this will give the Apple faithful an even bigger head. Oh goodie(Sarcasm). If this is true everyone should learn this on thing, no one likes a biter. Article found at Engadget
